Deltaray: AI enabled XRAY inspection on the production floor

Deltaray patented 3DAX(TM) technology provides a fully automated 3D–Xray scanning + quality analyses process fitting your manufacturing cycle-time. Starting from the product 3D CAD model as a digital twin, 3DAX combines 5 DOF pose automation with Deep Learning AI to provide reliable quality decisions that fit your manufacturing tolerances.

3DAX is up to 100x faster (seconds per part) than alternative 3D Xray inspection solutions. All Inspection data (image analyses, measurements, etc.) are delivered to your Industry 4.0 data warehouse.

ΔX100 state of the art Xray system - Form-Fit inspection and Fast metrology

ΔX100 system can switch between two operations modi: 3DAX modus: for 100% or fast batch inspection to inspect the 3D geometry of critical mechanical parts and assemblies flawlessly on the production line. Defect detection precision 15-50 um. An OPC UA interface connects the system seamlessly with a robot to your production line.

CT modus: to automatically acquire high precision CT scans for single parts or (semi) large batches on the production floor or in a quality lab to enable in depth failure analyses using existing commercial CT analyses software packages.

All Inspection data (image analyses, measurements, etc.) are delivered to your Industry 4.0 data warehouse.

Robotized loading – unloading

Your products can be safely loaded in the ΔX100 machine. A one step continuous loading - unloading through the automated revolving door of the machine without switching off the Xray source.
